InkMee turns customer photos into made-to-order, full-color physical Resin figurines. Customers can create a free AI-assisted character preview before ordering. After checkout, a human specialist reconstructs and reviews the complete 3D model for production. Production and quality review typically take 2–5 business days; delivery usually takes 3–12 days after dispatch.

FRAGEN, BEANTWORTET

Alles Wissenswerte, bevor Sie gestalten.

Individuelle Arbeit fühlt sich besser an, wenn der Prozess klar ist.

An InkMee custom 3D printed figurine is a made-to-order, full-color physical Resin collectible created from customer-supplied photos. The item you purchase is produced, quality-checked, packed, and shipped to you. Any digital preview is part of the creation and ordering process; it is not an STL file, downloadable 3D model, or digital-only product.

Each InkMee figurine is produced in Resin using a full-color 3D printing and finishing process. It is a decorative collectible, not a toy. Display it indoors, keep it away from heat, moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and impact, and remove dust gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth.

Choose the format that matches the people or pets in your main reference photo. You can compare all eight formats on the What We Make page: •Custom Portrait Figurine: one person •Custom Couple Figurine: two people •Custom Family Figurine: up to three people •Custom Pet Figurine: one dog or cat •Custom Wedding Figurine: a wedding or engagement couple •Custom Parent & Child Figurine: one adult and one child •Custom Graduation Figurine: one graduate •Custom Friends Figurine: two or three friends If your photo does not match one of these formats, contact InkMee before ordering.

Available sizes, bases, finishes, packaging options, and prices are shown on the relevant product page after you select a saved preview. Options can vary by figurine type, so review the product page, bag, and order confirmation carefully before checkout.

Use a sharp, well-lit image that clearly shows the face, hairstyle, clothing, body pose, and important accessories. Natural-looking light and an unobstructed full-body view usually provide the strongest reference. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur, extreme shadows, tiny faces, large obstructions, and cropped hands or feet when those details matter. See the complete Photo Guide before uploading.

Yes. Choose one main photo to define the pose, clothing, composition, and intended version of the person or pet. Additional close-up, side-view, or hidden-detail photos can clarify facial features, hairstyle, clothing, accessories, or pet markings, but they should support rather than contradict the main image.

An older, damaged, faded, or black-and-white photo may work if the subject and important recognizable details are still visible. InkMee may interpret unclear or hidden details and cannot guarantee restoration of information that is missing from the image. If available, provide an additional reference that clarifies the person's features without changing the intended age, appearance, or moment you want to preserve.

Yes. InkMee provides an AI-assisted digital preview so you can explore and choose a character direction before purchasing. Under InkMee's current offer, your first three character previews are free. A preview is not the final production-ready 3D model and does not guarantee an exact physical match.

InkMee first uses your photo to create an AI-assisted digital direction. After you choose a preview and place the order, the design is reconstructed as a complete 3D form. Human specialists refine recognizable details, inferred or hidden surfaces, structure, balance, and printability before full-color production, finishing, and quality review. See How It Works for the full process.

The finished figurine is an artistic physical interpretation, not a pixel-perfect miniature clone. InkMee focuses on recognizable cues such as hairstyle, expression, clothing, posture, accessories, and pet markings. The final result may differ from both the source photo and digital preview because a single image does not show every angle and delicate features must be adapted for physical production.

Yes. A human specialist reviews every ordered design for production readiness before manufacturing. The review covers recognizable details, hidden geometry, thickness, connections, balance, supports, color, and manufacturing feasibility. Human review improves quality and printability but does not guarantee exact likeness or eliminate every artistic or production variation.

You review and choose the AI-assisted character direction before checkout. By placing the order, you authorize InkMee to proceed with human 3D refinement, production-readiness review, and manufacturing. The production-ready 3D model is not sent for a second customer approval unless the product page, selected option, or order confirmation expressly includes one. Review the subjects, pose, clothing, colors, and important details carefully before ordering.

Choose a figurine type on What We Make, upload a suitable photo, and generate a digital preview. Save the direction you prefer, open its product page, select the available size and options, review the details in your bag, and complete checkout. InkMee then begins human 3D refinement and production preparation.

Production preparation usually begins within one business day after InkMee receives a usable photo and complete order details. Production and quality review typically take 5-7 business days. Delivery normally adds another 3-14 days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing. Complex groups, requested changes, unsuitable references, and peak periods may require additional time. See Shipping & Returns for the current timing and delivery rules.

Yes. InkMee offers tracked delivery to supported destinations worldwide. Available countries, delivery methods, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Tracking information is provided where supported by the selected carrier. After dispatch, use the tracking link to monitor the shipment. Carrier scans, customs processing, and international handovers can sometimes delay tracking updates. If the parcel is materially delayed, contact InkMee with your order number and checkout email.

Contact InkMee immediately if you need to request a change. A change may be possible before custom work or production begins, but it is not guaranteed. Changing the main photo, subject, pose, or product configuration may require additional work, cost, or a new order. Confirm the delivery address before ordering. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch, and additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

You may request cancellation before paid custom work begins. If InkMee accepts the cancellation, it will refund the cancelled amount using the original payment method. After design work begins but before production, InkMee may deduct a reasonable, pre-disclosed amount for work already completed where law permits. Once physical production begins, change-of-mind cancellation or return is generally unavailable because the figurine is personalized. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Read the current Terms of Service and Sale before ordering.

Contact InkMee within seven days of delivery and include your order number, checkout email, and clear photos of the figurine and packaging. For a valid arrival-damage, manufacturing-defect, or wrong-item claim, a remake or refund is available under the current Shipping & Returns policy. Do not discard or return the item until InkMee provides instructions. A short reporting period does not remove any longer mandatory consumer right.

Email service@inkmee.studio or use the Contact page. For an existing order, include the order number, email used at checkout, delivery country, and a clear description of the issue. Attach relevant photos when reporting damage, defects, or an incorrect item.

No. InkMee does not use private customer photos, facial or body geometry, private prompts, or personalized 3D models to train generalized, foundation, public, or third-party AI models. Uploaded photos and creation files are used only as needed to provide the requested preview, 3D reconstruction, human refinement, physical production, delivery, customer support, security, and legal compliance. Read the Privacy Policy and Image Upload Policy for complete details.

No. You must be at least 18 and have the right, permission, or other lawful authority to use the image for the requested creation. Where required, identifiable adults in the photo must have consented. A child's image may be submitted only by a parent, legal guardian, or another properly authorized adult. InkMee may reject images involving unlawful content, missing rights, unsafe material, public figures, protected characters, brands, or other policy concerns. Review the Image Upload Policy before submitting a photo.

Not without separate, optional permission. Uploading a photo, generating a preview, or placing an order does not authorize InkMee to publish the source image, preview, or finished figurine in its gallery, social media, advertising, testimonials, or training data. Refusing public-use permission does not affect the normal price or service. Any permission request must be presented separately from the terms required to use or purchase the service.

Yes. Request deletion through the Contact page or email service@inkmee.studio. Abandoned uploads and unsubmitted previews are normally deleted after 30 days. Order files are normally kept until delivery or cancellation, then for 90 days for support and disputes. Optional reorder archives may retain selected files for up to 12 months. InkMee may keep limited transaction, accounting, security, consent, or legal records where required. Deleting files needed for an unfinished order may prevent completion. See the Privacy Policy for details.
