Production preparation usually begins within 1 business day after we receive a usable photo and complete order details. Production and quality review typically take 5–7 business days. Complex groups, requested changes and peak periods may require longer.
Shipping and tracking
Available delivery methods and estimated transit times are shown at checkout based on destination. Tracking is provided where supported by the carrier. Import duties, taxes or brokerage charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Custom-product returns
Personalized goods follow stage-based rules rather than ordinary shop returns:

Damage or defect on arrival
Available within 7 days of delivery — a remake or refund.
Wrong item received
