1. Scope and Related Policies

This Policy applies to InkMee websites and online services that link to it. Cookies and similar technologies include browser cookies, local or session storage, pixels, tags and other methods that store or access information on a device or measure an interaction.

The Privacy Policy explains the resulting personal-data processing, sharing, international processing, retention and rights. The Image Upload Policy controls private project files. The Terms of Service and Sale govern the service contract.

2. Technology Categories

2.1 Strictly Necessary

Used for security, fraud prevention, sign-in, session continuity, cart, checkout, upload or preview continuity, consent records and other features you request. Where legally exempt, these technologies operate without optional consent and are not repurposed for unrelated analytics or advertising.

2.2 Preferences

Remember choices such as language, region, display or workspace settings. A preference may require consent where local law treats it as non-essential.

2.3 Analytics and Performance

Measure visits, navigation, errors, speed and service use. InkMee uses Google Analytics. Where prior consent is required, analytics storage remains off until you accept analytics.

2.4 Advertising and Social Tracking

InkMee does not currently use advertising or social-tracking technology. If it is introduced, this Policy and the available choices will be updated before activation, and any consent or opt-out required by law will be provided.

3. Technologies InkMee Uses

  • InkMee security and session storage — protects the service, maintains sign-in and supports requested account functions; normally lasts for the session or the period needed for security.
  • InkMee cart and workflow storage — remembers selected products, cart contents and requested preview or upload workflow state; lasts for the session or the configured period needed for the feature.
  • InkMee consent storage — remembers cookie choices so the banner does not ask on every visit and InkMee can demonstrate the choice; kept only as long as reasonably needed.
  • InkMee referral attribution — when you arrive through an InkMee promotional link, campaign parameters or another website, records that source with the same session identifier used for preview continuity, so an order can be credited to the link that led to it. It is first-party, is not shared with advertising or analytics providers and does not itself record which pages you open; the source recorded with an order is kept with that order record.
  • InkMee visit log (only if you allow analytics) — records which InkMee pages are opened in the same session, so InkMee can see which pages lead to an order. It is first-party, is not shared with advertising or analytics providers and stores page paths without query strings; each entry is deleted 180 days after the visit, or with the account if it is deleted sooner.
  • Google Analytics (measurement ID G-R5RHW8SCPW) — helps measure visits, sessions, navigation and performance. When analytics storage is permitted, cookies may include _ga and _ga_ followed by the property identifier and may remain for up to two years unless configured or deleted sooner.

Browser settings, InkMee configuration and user deletion may shorten these periods. InkMee may update the technology list when a provider or purpose changes.

4. Consent and Cookie Settings

Where prior consent is required, InkMee presents equally clear choices to Accept all, Reject non-essential or Manage choices before optional technologies are activated. Optional choices are not required to use core site functions.

You can use the Cookie Settings control in the website footer at any time to change or withdraw a choice. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to core InkMee services, and any analytics cookie already on the device is removed when analytics is rejected.

Google Consent Mode communicates permitted storage choices to Google tags. Depending on the configuration, denied analytics storage may still allow limited cookieless measurement requests, but it does not permit InkMee to write analytics cookies where consent has been refused.

5. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. Depending on consent and configuration, Google may receive device and browser information, approximate location, referral source and website interaction data to provide measurement services.

InkMee does not include uploaded photos, image URLs, prompts, visible face or body features, personalized model data or sensitive support content in analytics events. See the Privacy Policy for provider sharing, international processing and privacy rights.

6. Browser Controls and Service Impact

Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and site storage. These controls supplement InkMee Cookie Settings.

Blocking or clearing necessary storage may sign you out, empty the cart, remove saved choices, interrupt a preview or upload workflow, or prevent security and checkout functions. Clearing analytics cookies may reset the measurement identifier used for a future consented visit.

7. Regional Choices

Consent and opt-out requirements vary by location. InkMee uses prior consent for non-essential analytics in opt-in markets and provides the notice or choice required by applicable law elsewhere.

If InkMee introduces processing legally treated as sale, sharing or targeted advertising, InkMee will provide the required opt-out and support legally required browser preference signals after the mechanism is implemented.

8. Updates and Contact

InkMee may update this Policy when a technology, provider, purpose or material choice changes. If a change requires renewed consent, InkMee will request it before relying on the new permission.
