The preview on screen is a digital representation. The figurine you receive may differ in colour, surface texture and small structural details, and fine features such as hair, fingers, hems and accessories may be thickened, connected or simplified so the piece survives handling.
Each figurine is produced in resin with a full-color finish and packed for transit as a decorative collectible. Keep it away from heat, moisture and impact, and clean it with a dry soft cloth.
Production and quality review typically take 5–7 business days, and delivery a further 3–14 days after dispatch.
